Teen Beach Movie is a beloved Disney movie that revolutionized the film industry as we know it. It is everything theatre kids like; classic theatre references, interesting characters, catchy songs, and dancing! I, along with tons of other kids across the globe, grew up adoring this film. For that reason, it should be adapted into a stage version available for licensing. High School Musical, Camp Rock, Freaky Friday and Descendants have stage versions, so why not Teen Beach Movie? It even got a sequel! The idea of playing iconic characters like Brady, Mack, Lela and Tanner is a dream, not to mention how fun it would be to act out Cruisin' For A Bruisin or Fallin' For Ya.

This musical doesn't follow the basic formula for shows; it makes fun of it. The characters are aware they're in a musical, but not in the way they think. Characters break the fourth wall, play off of popular tropes, and make references to famous musicals like Grease, West Side Story, and Hairspray. 

There's no doubt that people would be interested in this musical, either. It was very popular when it came out, and people still talk about it today. So it's bring this film back into the spotlight, and give kids across the world a chance to be in one of the best Disney Channel Original Movies to date.
