Disinformation about Coronavirus on Reddit is a real problem. Many subreddits, including r/NoNewNormal and r/Ivermectin are dedicated to it. This not only harms the user of the subreddits by encouraging them to ingest deadly chemicals, it harms the users' communities and the world by ensuring that the users of these subreddits ignore public health recommendations and guidelines, which leads to the spread of Coronavirus, prolonging the pandemic and causing to human DEATH.

Reddit has defended themselves, claiming that this is part of democratic debate and discussion. When this "discussion" leads to human death, it is unacceptable to allow such "discussion" to continue, in any way, shape or form. Reddit is more focused on making money than on doing what is right. They show advertisements on these subreddits which is almost certainly the primary reason why they refuse to take action against there disinformation subreddits. Banning these subs would make users less active and therefore Reddit would get less revenue from advertisements. 

If all Reddit cares about is the finances, we should fight them in that department. Do not use Reddit. Do not let them get ad revenue from you. Do not tolerate such behavior. Together we are strong. We refuse to use Reddit until these issues are properly addressed. Make the world a better place with less disinformation. Make the world a safer place. Boycott Reddit.
