Why this petition matters

Started by Leonor Clavijo

Mrs. Alba Omaira Pérez González, a Colombian citizen, has suffered an unimaginable loss. Her daughter, Liliana Concha, was tragically taken from her in Raleigh, North Carolina by the hands of her ex-boyfriend and business partner. This devastating incident has left Mrs. Pérez González in a state of profound grief and despair.

Liliana Concha was not just a victim; she was an excellent citizen who contributed positively to her community in Raleigh. She did not deserve such a tragic end and neither does her mother deserve to be denied the chance to say goodbye.

We are calling on the United States Embassy in Bogota, Colombia to grant Mrs. Pérez González a humanitarian visa so she can travel to North Carolina for closure and healing during this difficult time.

This is more than just paperwork; it's about human compassion and understanding for a grieving mother who lost an innocent child due to violence that could have been prevented.

Please support our cause by signing this petition urging the U.S Embassy in Bogota to grant Mrs. Alba Omaira Pérez González this much-needed humanitarian visa.
