These disgusting footages and Heinous Deeds are what Animal Abusers share and live broadcast daily in a TG group called “Jack Lantiao”

The person we are targeting in our petition today is the core administrator of this “Jack Lantiao” TG group! Who once used the TG name - "BioArtists/血肉艺术家kiri"．But his real identity is: Xu Ruixiang, a graduate of Southeast University, China. 

For a long time, Xu has used extremely cruelty ways to torture and kill small animals in large numbers. His favorite methods are to use strong acid to corrode the eyes of the cats, Pour boiling water on the cat's head, Torture them with electrocution for a long time…
Xu often likes soaked the animals he tortured and killed in the jars to make specimens and Call it “art”! and shamelessly calling himself an “artist”!

Xu's uni mates has pointed out that Xu would not even let go of the cat been fed by the alumni! The cat was brutally killed by Xu! All These shows that Xu's cruelty has reached an uncontrollable morbid state!

What’s even more perverted is that  Xu will first catch the stray cats and satisfy his sick addiction to abuse! Then he cooked the Cats bloody corpses mixed with their  internal organs together then  gave to the homeless people to eat! Once again he shamelessly calling his act- "Mercy"！Regardless of his hypocrisy, it is likely to lead to food poisoning among homeless people! Even fatal!

Xu had made it clear on his Twitter account that he also interested to kill humans! Xu has said that the best destination for beautiful women is to be killed! Because this can avoid the ugliness caused by age! It can be seen that it was only a matter of time before Xu evolved from killing animals to killing people!

After Xu's misdeeds were exposed, it caused a public outcry! It is reported that  Xu has passed the “preliminary examination ”for a master's degree at “Nanjing University”，What we need to do is to ask "Nanjing University" to disqualify him from participating in the "re- examination"!

Nanjing University is one of the famous higher education institutions in China. In terms of admitting students, many aspects need to be considered. 
In addition to animal abuse, Xu and his TG group members also posted a large amount of "content and slogans" that were insulting to "China". 

All the above accusations against Xu are based on actual evidences . And it is reported that "Nanjing University" has received relevant evidences.
