Brian Oden is being charged with a felony and 45 days in prison for a traffic accident after being pressured to take an unfavorable plea deal. He doesn't deserve to be criminalized for a traffic accident. If this sentence is finalized on 11/29/2021, he will be yet another victim of mass incarceration.
