It's time to end teenage pornography with the American Age-Of-Majority Act.  The television and movie industry have set a standard they use to determine when somebody is old enough to see certain programs programs this rating system was developed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) with the oversight of Congress on what speech or sexual content is appropriate at what ages. A child under 13 years old can see a G-rated program period from the ages of 13 to 16 a child can see PG-13 movie by themselves and when they turn 17 they can see an R rated move . The new rating for X Rated movie is called a NC-17 rated movie. Whatever you call it when somebody turns 18 years old they can purchase, rent, and perform in an X-rated adult movie, in photos, in magazines, online or in an adult strip club legally.

 Now with the proliferation of Internet pornography sites and the development of the "only fans" type sites, our teens are being exploited by the pornography industry and turned into degenerates and prostitutes selling their bodies while they are still in high school. They advertise by doing TikTok videos and linking them to their sites. And all that is decent and good this law should be increased to 20 years old which would END teenage pornography.  This standard would also apply to the ESRB gaming ratings, Internet activity, streaming services, satellite TV, cable, radio, music industries and all types of entertainment.

 Parents are confused when their parental responsibilities end its abilities end and the government confuses everyone with the inconsistency and contradictions of the laws they make. Doctors say the body continues to grow and develop until the age of 20 years old. Brain surgeons and scientists say that a person's prefrontal cortex of their brain which handle's executive decisions doesn't fully mature until at least the age of 20 years old And they call it "Neuromaturation".

 Now in the new millennium we need to follow the science and our laws need to change as we intersect common sense and Enlightenment. We have evolved from an agrarian society into an intellectual and technology based nation. Our laws need to evolve too!

The American Age-Of-Majority

All citizens of the United States on their 20th birthday will have ascended to the Age-of-Maturity or the age somebody is considered an adult and emancipated under federal law.  This law bestows everyone with the rights of the majority and these rights shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state based on age.   Everyone under 20 years old will now be considered a minor under their parents or guardians responsibilities .
