The Port of Albany plowed ahead with plans to put a bunch of factory buildings on an "island" that is actually a coal ash dump. Petition to force the Port to properly contain the toxic ash that is leaching into the Hudson River and the Normanskill!  It is polluting our river and our air and needs to be fully wrapped in non-permeable material, and topped with clay and moisture barrier, to fully seal the poisons in.
