With the current state of our world, from the ongoing conflict in Gaza to the crisis in Congo, from police brutality to health disparities and climate change, among so many other things like wanting to end DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility),banning books and the criminalization of abortion, it's time for us to unite as one. It is evident that change is needed. This petition is deeply personal to me as I strongly believe that we can do better. We must strive for a world where peace prevails over conflict, where health equity replaces disparity, and where sustainable practices are prioritized over harmful ones to the environment, where books are celebrated, where spaces are created and we all feel welcome; a sense of belonging and where abortion is a right. This is a call for humanity and unity; a plea for peace.
