I am an avid fan of the animated TV series "Yuri on Ice", just like millions of fans around the globe. Unfortunately, our beloved show has been forgotten and thrown to the side by Mappa I believe we can collectively encourage Mappa to press on with the production. The love we have for this show, the connection we feel to the characters, and the story it portrays have impacted us all. The abrupt stop in production left fans, including myself, with a sense of being robbed of something precious. 

"Yuri on Ice" is recognized internationally for its groundbreaking portrayal of LGBTQ+ relationships, winning the Crunchyroll Anime Awards for "Best Boy" and "Most Heartwarming Scene" in 2016. It played an essential role in highlighting the need for representation in media, particularly in anime. Since its release, it has inspired the creation of increasingly diverse characters within this genre.

Sadly, Mappa has seemed indifferent to the wishes of the show's international audience. We are raising our voices to let Mappa know that there is still a substantial demand for the "Yuri on Ice" series. It is not just a show; it is a cultural symbol of progress and representation.
