Alex Jones has endangered America with calls of "1776," while leading the march towards our Nation's Capitol on January 6th, proclaiming himself "a journalist" to avoid ramifications for his seemingly insurrectionist activities.

Alex Jones has taken children from their mom for their mother's Free Speech against infowars.

Alex has fraudulently pled "Free Speech" in the Sandy Hook defamation cases, tying up the bereaved parents with meritless appeals for years.

Alex Jones has bogged down our courts and delayed and obstructed justice with false Free Speech appeals, while he has "prohibited" others' Free Speech.

Alex Jones has argued against Free Speech in Travis County, Texas.

He has hidden this from America by unlawfully sealing the case he filed against Free Speech & by unconstitutionally sealing court hearings.

Open court hearings and the presumption of openness are a cornerstone of the First Amendment, which guarantees public oversight and Free Speech.

Alex Jones has punished CHILDREN for their mother's Free Speech against his infowars cult by taking them from her for years.

Alex Jones has infringed on others' First Amendment rights.

GiveSendGo cannot allow Alex Jones to raise money claiming Free Speech to defend his activities (which were not protected speech) on January 6th, which have endangered America, nor to raise money to stop Free Speech against infowars, nor to mislead America and create a false First Amendment debate.
