This petition has been created to bring transparency to citizens , law enforcement and the courts onto the conduct of police conduct and brutality. An overwhelming need for the Montreal Police department, Rcmp , S.Q , any and all Policing agencies conducting services within the Quebec territory , to have mandatory body cameras . As well to induct into Law , "That all on duty officers require these functioning mandatory body cameras in order to to perform their duties as an officer of the law" . In other words , no camera , no public interaction. 

Furthermore , any officer of the Law who performs their duty without digital documentation ( by camera visual and audio) of any interaction with any citizen , will face an automatic hearing , external  investagation and disciplinary action suspension or dismissal or even jail time for not obiding to the new mandatory requirements.  

The year is 2020 and technological innovation allows no excuses for police conduct not to go unmonitored  , therefor reducing 60% of Police brutality , protection for Citizens and Police forces of Quebec and  drastically reducing un needed Court cases and time.

Cette pétition a été créée pour apporter la transparence aux citoyens, aux forces de l'ordre et aux tribunaux sur la conduite des policiers et la brutalité. Un besoin écrasant pour le Service de police de Montréal, Rcmp, S.Q, et toutes les agences de police offrant des services sur le territoire du Québec, d'avoir des caméras corporelles obligatoires. De même, pour introduire dans la loi, "Que tous les officiers de service exigent ces caméras corporelles obligatoires pour pouvoir exercer leurs fonctions d'officier de justice". En d'autres termes, pas de caméra, pas d'interaction publique.

En outre, tout officier de justice qui accomplit son devoir sans documentation numérique (par caméra visuelle et audio) de toute interaction avec un citoyen, encourra une audition automatique, une enquête externe et une sanction disciplinaire, une suspension ou un licenciement ou même une peine de prison pour ne pas avoir obéi à les nouvelles exigences obligatoires.

L'année est 2020 et l'innovation technologique ne permet aucune excuse pour que la conduite de la police ne passe pas sous surveillance, réduisant ainsi 60% de la brutalité policière, la protection des citoyens et des forces de police du Québec et réduisant considérablement le temps et les affaires judiciaires inutiles.
