I am deeply concerned about the messages being sent by TLC through their programming, particularly regarding the inclusion of Angela Deem. Angela Deem's behavior on shows like '90 Day Fiancé' has raised serious red flags, especially in relation to issues of domestic violence.

Her toxic relationship with Michael Ilesanmi, marked by frequent conflicts and emotionally manipulative behavior, has been widely documented in the media and by fellow cast members. Her on-screen persona as a bully, her public disputes with other cast members, and her controversial social media activity have contributed to a polarizing and negative public image.

According to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV), 1 in 4 women and 1 in 9 men experience severe intimate partner physical violence in the United States. Angela Deem's behavior, including instances of verbal abuse, manipulation, and aggression towards her partners, is not only disturbing but also potentially harmful to viewers who may be experiencing or have experienced similar forms of abuse.

By continuing to feature Angela Deem on their platform, TLC is sending a dangerous message that abusive behavior can be tolerated or even celebrated for the sake of entertainment. This normalization of abusive dynamics can have detrimental effects on viewers, perpetuating harmful stereotypes and attitudes surrounding domestic violence.
