We request Ministry of Information and Broadcasting as well as DTH service providers to take steps towards removal of Watermark of their respective branding or making it non static. As that leads to ensured risk of burn-in on Expensive OLED TVs. Specially of them being static. 

This is turning down many potential buyers who are not ready to take on the consequences and are at a loss as they have to settle for less. Why should consumers and potential buyers settle for less and not get the best they can just because of the potential thread of their purchase being ruined due to the practices of service providers they have opted for. This is like they are paying for the services which in-turn lead to ruining of their expensive equipment. 

As OLED TVs are being adopted widely even in India. It is time for DTH service providers to work on removing their static watermarks. As spending that much on TV and ending with screen burn in after some time is not good.
