Το πρόσφατο σιδηροδρομικό δυστύχημα μας αφορά όλους. Απειλείται σε καθημερινή βάση η ασφάλεια των παιδιών και των συμπολιτών μας. Επίσης η έλλειψη ανάληψης ευθυνών απο τα αρμόδια στελέχη εντός και εκτός της Βουλής των Ελλήνων απειλεί τη Δημοκρατία, και τα θεμελιώδη ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα των Ελλήνων πολιτών.

 Διεκδικούμε την απόλυτη ανάληψη και απόδοση ποινικών ευθυνών στα πολιτικά στελέχη μέσω των διαδικασιών της δικαιοσύνης που μας αξίζουν και μας ανήκουν. Περαιτέρω, διεκδικούμε την αποκατάσταση της ασφάλειας των πολιτών στον χώρο των μέσων μαζικής μεταφοράς. Απαιτούμε τη διερεύνηση της διαφθοράς που κατά συνέπεια οδήγησε στις ελλείψεις που προκάλεσαν αυτό το τραγικό δυστύχημα και συνεχίζουν να μας βάζουν σε κίνδυνο.

 Η διαφθορά, η αμέλεια και η παράλειψη κοστίζει ζωές. Μαζί μπορούμε να προτρέψουμε και να διεκδικήσουμε τη δικαίωση των θυμάτων και των πολιτών της χώρας μας. 

 Απαιτούμε την πλήρη και άμεση κινητοποίηση της Δικαστικής Εξουσίας εντός της χώρας και του Μηχανισμού Πολιτικής Προστασίας της ΕΕ.

Τα θύματα που έχασαν τη ζωή τους δε θα ξεχαστούν. Για όσους θρηνούν, στεκόμαστε δίπλα σας.

Μαζί μπορούμε να φέρουμε αλλαγές. Οι φωνές όλων θα ακουστούν.

Η αναφορά θα υποβληθεί στην Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή και στη Βουλή των Ελλήνων σύμφωνα με τα δικαιώματα μας.

The recent train crash concerns us all. The safety of our children and fellow citizens is threatened on a daily basis. Also, the lack of accountability by the responsible officials inside and outside the Hellenic Parliament threatens Democracy, and the fundamental human rights of Greek citizens.

We claim the absolute assumption and attribution of criminal responsibilities to political officials through the justice processes that we deserve and belong to us. Furthermore, we claim the restoration of the safety of citizens in the area of public transport. We demand an investigation into the corruption that consequently led to the deficiencies that caused this tragic accident and continue to put us at risk.

Corruption, negligence and omission cost lives. Together we can urge and claim justice for the victims and citizens of our country.

We demand the full and immediate mobilization of the Judiciary within the country and the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.

The victims who lost their lives will not be forgotten. For those who are grieving, we stand with you.

Together we can bring about change. Everyone's voices will be heard.

The petition will be submitted to the European Commission and the Hellenic Parliament according to our rights.
