The X43 was a much valued and vital link between the rural areas of North Malvern and the rest of Malvern and Worcester beyond that. First Bus abolished the service as part of cuts to local public transport services. Since the service was abolished it has led to rising difficulties for the North Malvern community meaning curtailed opportunities for employment and greater isolation for those who, for whatever reason, cannot drive or use alternative forms of transport. 

Recently the Government has announced additional funding for such vital local infrastructure including for the Worcestershire area. We implore Worcestershire County Council to use this funding to restore this service for the benefit of North Malvern.
