Why this petition matters

Poor and Middle Class Action

Byron Goines and Meshelle Goines

We have been talking for many years about the necessity for $2,000 in monthly United States federal government guaranteed universal basic income for all poor and middle-class United States citizens, indexed to inflation, not taxed and funded through the Federal Reserve System. Our number one priority is ending poverty in the United States, through educating the public and doing what we can to bring this to fruition. We decided to initiate a petition on change.org for $2,000 in monthly United States federal government guaranteed universal basic income, for all poor and middle-class United States citizens, indexed to inflation, not taxed and funded through the Federal Reserve System. A unique feature of our petition is that in February 2021 we submitted our proposal to President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and other Democrats in Congress. So those who received our proposal are aware of it, as they received an in-depth explanation of our proposal via USPS certified letters that included a digital download or online link. Our proposal was submitted through our first amendment right to petition the government for a redress of grievances and was from one of our public lectures that thoroughly explained the United States economic system and proved unequivocally that $2,000 in monthly United States government guaranteed universal basic income in the United States is possible and should be done.

MISSION STATEMENT

To work to change the economic system in the United States of America from an economic system that benefits the rich to the detriment of the poor and middle-class…to an economic system that benefits the poor, middle-class and rich. We believe that $2,000 in monthly United States federal government universal basic income is the first step that is necessary in this process. To fund this social program, we believe the United States should utilize the Federal Reserve System. The Federal Reserve System is the money-creation mechanism for the United States, as it creates money out of thin air through computer keystrokes utilized to purchase securities to add liquidity to the banking system and/or loan money to the United States federal government in the form of an operation cash loan to cover the deficit. The United States federal government has an operating account with the Federal Reserve System that enables the United States to cover federal deficits through Federal Reserve System loans, which add to the national debt. Our number one priority is ending poverty in the United States through educating the public and doing what we can to bring this to fruition.

Your support and contributions will help us in our work towards ending poverty in the United States, as we work to educate the people of the United States and bring universal basic income to fruition.

We thank you for taking the time to read our story.
