In my experience in the Canadian Family law system I experienced fraud by lawyers and tried to stop it by proving it with the courts official documentation, the transcript. However, the Judge merely requested the Plaintiff to commit perjury and dispute the contents of the transcript to protect her lawyer's fraud.
A complaint to the Canadian Judicial Council resulted in no investigation and denial of any problem.
I followed the enforcement procedure in the Charter of Rights and served it upon the Deputy Minister of Justice and they ignored it. Refusing to be bound by our governing agreement is a claim to be above the law and is a breach of the Charter and unconstitutional and ultimately makes the Government illegitimate.
I took the matter to Court and the Judge refused to respond to a Constitutional Question on the matter and I am currently appealing that to the BC Court of Appeal.
The Prime Minister's office has responded and forwarded on to Minister of Justice but when that failed forwarded on to Minister of Public Safety.
Accountability and Transparency are missing.
More important than what the lawyers and Judges think, is what you think. Canada claims to be a Democracy however these are the actions of a claim of Dictatorship.
