Many people loved Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective! Capcom has left some of this amazing and story untold, and most people want to see a sequel. It's been roughly 13 years since Ghost Trick came out on the 3DS, and has many people left wanting more of this spirited (literally) and hilarious game.

Yes, this is one of the pettier petitions on this website, but many people have stated time and time again that they'd die for a Ghost Trick sequel, and I, personally, want to help make sure that they manage to see a Ghost Trick sequel in their lifetimes.

Also, a lot of older games are getting sequels, and Ghost Trick still hasn't. It's the most underrated game I've ever played, and it's not too bad at all for a thirteen-year-old game! Metroid has gotten a few sequels, and many others have recently gotten sequels. Ace Attorney, which was created by the same person as Ghost Trick, has gotten plenty of sequels and has told the story through and through. With a sequel, many people will finally get what they've been waiting thirteen entire years for. And besides... If all these other video games from about the same time (and older!) are getting sequels, who ever said Ghost Trick can't?

It's definitely going to be difficult to make it, but who said making a game was easy? It's certainly going to be hard to make the sequel, because of how good the original game is, but even so, it deserves a sequel already!

Once I started playing Ghost Trick I couldn't stop until I passed out, and Cabanela getting hit in the face with a helmet was by far my favorite scene of all time. It's a great game, and better yet, one of the best I've ever played. That's coming from a video game lover! Out of all the games I've played, Ghost Trick is my favorite, above all. That's right, I may have played Minecraft for half of my life, but Ghost Trick is still so much better than it, in my opinion (disagree with me all you want, I couldn't care less).

Ghost Trick is a game that really deserves a sequel already, and I hope you guys see it the way I do. It's time for a sequel already! If you don't sign this petition, at least play Ghost Trick and come back after you've finished it. It's worth it!

At the very end of Ghost Trick, the main character is shown to have powers of the dead. This is a great opening for a sequel, as it shows that there's a possibility, that maybe, he gets into more trouble in his afterlife, and so the game continues!

On the Fandom Wiki, I went through some comments on a few Ghost Trick pages, and this is what I found regarding a sequel how good the game was, or adaptations of the game (There may be spoilers):

Or you could sign now and not waste your time... not that you would waste it, it's a really great game, in my opinion. And Cabanela's definitely going to have to be in the sequel. *twirls away*
