1. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has been extremely uncooperative and inconsistence in terms of providing services to Permanent Residency holders awaiting their Citizenship exams or Citizenship Oath ceremony, There are Applications prior to COVID-19 that has NOT been addressed and taken care at all. Unfair commitment from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has been observed and needs immediate actions on the files. 

2. The process is highly unorganized and random without any sort of structure, Urgent processing are scrutinized to the point of crime, COVID-19 should never be an excuse for a Government of this caliber, Possible urgencies are not taken under consideration.

3. Unfair change of Process which affects previous applicant's timeline, Lack of empathy shown to the people who are already Permanent Resident Holders.

4. The process has already been delayed indefinitely, on the top of it IRCC refuses to assist due to newly added excuse of Afghanistan Refugees, As Tax paying Canadians, we have rights for our process to be done in a timely manner. If the Government of Canada feels the urge to help Afghanistan there is no reason for us to not comply, but not at the cost of further delaying the Citizenship Process.

5. Due to COVID-19 and Anticipation of waiting for Citizenship, there are multiple cases where Severe Depression is on the rise, resulting severe resentment towards the Government of Canada and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
