As a dedicated Port Vale fan for over 40 years, I am deeply concerned about the current state of our beloved club. Under the oversight of Director of Football, David Flitcroft, we have witnessed an unprecedented decline in performance. Since January 2023, out of 53 games played, we've only won 11 and lost a staggering 30. This is undoubtedly the worst set of results in recent club history.

Moreover, under Flitcroft's management there have been three disastrous transfer windows since January 2023 that have left our squad unbalanced and weaker than before. Despite needing to strengthen our attacking options significantly after promotion from League Two, we failed to sign any striker of substance during these transfer periods.

Flitcroft's decisions are impacting every aspect of Port Vale but he seems to be accountable for none. The future success and reputation of our club are at stake here. We must act now to ensure that this pattern does not continue.
