In 2019, at the tender age of 8 years old, little Amani taken away from mother in Georgia and relocated to Texas to live with father. She was taken away illegally for missing a court date in which was never properly severed a subpoena to appear in court. Even so, that isn't grounds to take custody of.. Also, there was no court order from a judge stating that should be taken away from mother.
  Since Amani has been in Texas with her father, there has been blatant evidence of physical and sexual abuse in which the father's family is doing anything in their power to hide. Although a doctor ordered a rape kit, it was refused by the family and Desoto Police Department. Child Protective Services initially ordered that the child remain with the mother until the rape kit was administered, the family manipulated them into reversing that decision and was sent back to her abusers.
  My 10 year old niece along with hundreds of children are in eminent danger due to this corrupt system and we are asking for your help by signing this petition for our attorney to present to regain custody of her daughter and to rescue Amani from abusers and to raise awareness!
