I am writing to bring your immediate attention to the escalating crisis of executions in Iran, particularly the recent and shocking execution of   Saleh Mir Hashemi, Majid Kazemi and Saeed Yaghobi. These individuals were unjustly sentenced to death, and today, their lives were tragically taken by the Iranian government. This devastating development underscores the urgent need for action to prevent further loss of life under this oppressive regime. I implore the United Nations and its member states to treat this matter with the utmost urgency and take immediate steps to hold Iran accountable for its flagrant human rights abuses.
