The Mayor's Ultra Low Emission Zone for London

Come 25th October 2021, ULEZ charge of £12.50 is being introduced on top of the congestion charge of £15 to travel into London and on the North/South circular Roads with a possibility of extending it to the M25 bandwidth. Not everyone can afford to change their cars nor can all 60+ afford to travel on public transport.

Currently, only 33 Greater London borough residents are eligible for a 60+ Oyster card. I feel this should be made available to all within the M25 band to promote healthier safer and fairer London. This would allow more 60+ to be active and healthier.
