Up to the end of the warranty period, Samsung M30s device was working fine. But subsequent updates given by Samsung make most of the M30s devices inoperative (mine too). Now there customer care says this is your motherboard's problem and you need to change it or throw it in a dustbin.

We want this device to be repaired without any cost or just replace this device or give us a refund of our hard-earned money.

We don't want to be a puppet of your customer care service center
