As a non-binary, when I go to a public restroom, it takes so long to choose which bathroom to go to because of feeling like if I choose one, I'll not be validated as non-binary. This has gotten to the point I'll use the family bathroom or just hold it in until I get home, and I don't think this is right. I should feel comfortable with the bathroom I go to. Everyone should, in fact. I believe that we need public bathrooms for a third gender everywhere we can get them, because it isn't fair that many genderqueer people have to pick a gender instead of going into their right bathroom. Afterall, you wouldn't like it if suddenly there were no public bathrooms for women or men.
