The Grand Gateway Hotel in Rapid City, South Dakota has banned all Native Americans from the property. This hotel sits on land that the United States deemed property of the Great Sioux Nation in the Treaty of Fort Laramie, also called the Sioux Treaty of 1868. Demand the hotel stop discriminatory practices aimed at Native Americans or vacate the property and turn it over to the Great Sioux Nation. Just because a couple Native Americans caused trouble is no reason to ban everyone who is Native American. What if two people of European heritage caused trouble? Would the owners ban all Europeans?
