A man was sentenced to 20 yrs behind bars for a marijuana charge. Not only is this sentencing excessive but his family, which he was the sole provider for has dealt with unforeseen events many times over. He has sons that has missed out on some of the most important parts of becoming young men and men that only a father could teach. He has grandchildren he has yet to even have the opportunity to meet. He was well known around his community for a numerous amount of things, mainly for his growing and once then flourishing video/photography business “KING KUTZ PRODUCTIONS”. Since being incarcerated he has refused to just sit and do nothing, he has helped himself and fellow inmates over the years upon following his paralegal interests, possibly a career. He and his family has suffered long enough due to this excessive sentencing it’s high time the legal system takes notice.
