This is with regards to the charge against 69 years old Uncle Patrick Khoo Kian Wui which is presently under case management on 16th June.

Encik Azizul Azzim Bin Norehan (Public health assistant) was the team leader of the dog catching unit that night.

And his superior Dr Chithradavi A/P N Vadivellu.

Both must be held responsible for the incident catching the stray dogs which was recorded on CCTV on 22nd March.

We do not think that Uncle Khoo was aggressive party but rather a victim in the scuffle between him and Azizul.

We the rakyat  shall hold you morally responsible if
Uncle Khoo is send to prison or fine any amount that the court may find justified.

What action has Dr. Chitradavi  taken against her subordinate ?

We the Rakyat wish to appeal to all of you as state leaders to seek the assistance of our Unity Government as to how to proceed with the court case.

A) YB Nga Kor Ming.  Minister of  Local Government and Development 

B) YB Saifuddin Nasution  ismail.  Minister of Home Affairs

C) YB Dato' Sri Azalina Bte Othman.  Minister in Prime Minister's Department ( Law and Institutional Reforms)

To seriously intervene and look into the case involving Uncle Patrick Khoo.

Whether to withdraw the case as it appears to be Travesty of Justice for Uncle  Patrick.
