As a family advocate, father, and business owner, I am deeply concerned about the safety of our children. The issue at hand involves an unlicensed daycare operation in Philadelphia that is also housing an illegal bar with slot machines. This establishment is owned by Dr. Robin Cooper, a Union boss who has allegedly used union time and resources for her personal gain, posting pictures of union employees working at her illegal daycare.

This situation not only violates several laws but also jeopardizes the welfare of underserved children who deserve proper care and protection. It's alarming for children with disabilities who require specialized attention - they are being lumped together in an environment where they may be misunderstood or bullied.
Furthermore, this case highlights a broader issue - many daycare centers are mere fronts for criminal activities; too many are now DRUG MULE operations. In New York less than 2 weeks ago, a 1-year-old died of a fentanyl overdose at the daycare. Another daycare had ghost guns stashed and sold from its operation. This is totally unacceptable!  According to the National Association for Regulatory Administration (NARA), only 50% of all childcare staff have minimum qualifications to work with children. This alarming statistic underscores the need for federal intervention to ensure that every child has access to safe and quality childcare.

We demand a thorough criminal investigation into Dr. Robin Cooper's operations as well as other similar establishments across Philadelphia. We also call on federal authorities to overhaul regulations governing daycare centers nationwide.
