Even the madhesi people use the word "Bhaiya" rarely in their community. It is mainly used by non madhesi people to discriminate against them and to belittle them. And the use of word "Dhoti" need not be explained. It is used to straight up accuse madhesi people of being indian. How would you feel if you were not accepted and even downgraded by the people of your own nationality?

Madhesi people themselves cannot stand up for themselves in this case as they will be catcalled more if they try to do so. So would be better I the support comes mostly from non madhesi people.
