Grace Ross is an angel who was taken too soon. She was choked to death by a 14 y/o boy who also molested her and disrespectfully dumped her body in the middle of a heavily wooded area off of the edge of a low traffic highway in Carlisle, Indiana. The mother knew the whereabouts of the boy and what he did. After he cleaned himself off and hid his clothes.

     She helped officers find Grace within 2 hours after being reported missing. She is left completely UNCHARGED and has yet to be INVESTIGATED! The circumstances of the incident leaves many individuals feeling suspicious of motivated intention. The 14 y/o boy responsible even admitted to the officers that he choked her until he "saw her soul leave her body." He was also only charged as a juvenile in juvenile court for 1st degree murder and molestation unknown to the parents in court. Who couldn't even look his mother in the face for what they did.

     This petition is to push further charges and investigation of Grace Ross's death and all of those involved. To ensure that racial equality is PRESENT ALWAYS in the New Carlisle, Indiana court room. We the people know that in most legal situations even minors are charged as adults for first degree murder/ assault/ molestation. HE WAS NOT! Let us THE PEOPLE change this for the betterment of our world! Every signature helps this angel rest in peace knowing that her wrong doer will earn his sentence! Racial injustice and inequality has done it's damage long enough. Children should never be subject to this level of systemically racial and arbitrary action. Parents of the U.S. are watching and are extremely outraged with the lack of responsibility taken for this case. A family is suffering and hurting not only for the death of their baby but the lack of action taken after the courts decision. We demand JUSTICE FOR GRACE ROSS!
