From nuisance road blocks, to onerous fees, to rediculous rules and procedures, it seems that license office of Trinidad and Tobago are over doing it. 

They seem not to be working WITH citizens to get business done, but doing their utmost to make the process as difficult as possible. 

And any mistep, be it from the citizen or the staff, the citizen bears the brunt to waste time and money 

Other countries have deemed these measure to ve predatory 

License office and the road and traffic act needs to be rationalized to help citizens.
