As a proud owner of a 2021+ Ford Bronco, I am frustrated by the persistent issue with the ambient footwell lighting system. Despite purchasing this option for better visibility and enhanced driving experience at night, I along with thousands of other Ford Bronco owners find myself constantly having to manually re-enable the setting on the ford sync 4 system due to a software bug that randomly disables it. This problem is not only time-consuming but also detracts from the overall enjoyment of my vehicle.

It's important to note that this issue seemingly affects all owners who have opted for this feature in their Broncos.  Ford service centers have not been able to provide resolution.  Given that over 190,000 units of these models were sold in North America alone in 2020 (source: Statista), it's safe to assume thousands are experiencing similar frustrations.

Ford Motor Company has always been at the forefront of automotive innovation and customer satisfaction. It is therefore reasonable to expect them to address this software glitch promptly and efficiently through an update.

This petition calls upon Ford Motor Company not just as customers, but as fans and advocates of their brand. We urge them to rectify this bug in their software system so we can fully enjoy our vehicles without unnecessary interruptions or inconveniences.
