The internet has gradually grown to be one of the most dangerous places in the world since the early 2000s. Not because of AI or viruses,  but rather because of internet trolls. Their relentless bullying has taken a toll on the internet and increased the suicide rate dramatically. They have even gone so far as to hack someone's personal information and release it to the public. This is against the 4th Amendment in the US. Although everyone has the right to feel safe in their own homes, no one can ever feel secure anywhere they go if all of their personal information is publicly accessible.

Therefore, we are pleading with governments everywhere to enact legislation that takes decisive action against this cyberthreat that threatens the planet's population. Many different generations of people have suffered enough mental harm caused by these groups of people. It's time for it to end now and forever.

It is necessary to implement policies that make trolling and doxxing illegal. Hate speech is not the same as free speech.
