For a while now many unknowing people have purchased google play gift cards, with the intentions of being able to purchase their favourite app, a subscription of some sorts or even being able to buy random stuff in their favourite game. I say unknowing, because after the purchase of a google gift card many people found out the hard way that, they were only redeemable in the country that they are sold from. Many people spend their hard earned money, only for them to find out that they basically wasted it. This problems is even bigger in countries that have no support from google, like where I am from, a small country called Suriname. I only ask that we be able to redeem the gift cards that we purchased, or that were purchased for us as a gift. Don't we have the right to be able to spend the credit that we spend our money on? How is it fair that our money has been taken but we cannot make use of the product that we spend said money on?
