We the  Residents of Keelby call upon Lincolnshire County Council to impose a speed limit on Barton Street as it passes Keelby. 

Motorists & Motorbikers speed recklessy along the straight section of Barton Street which passes Keelby at ever increasing speeds & numbers, local residents take their lives in their hands when entering or exiting the Village and even more so when crossing Barton Street to use local businesses, walk Dogs or tend Allotments.

Over the years there have been an increasing number of accidents & it is only a matter of time before someone is killed.
