Petition to Premier Legault and the Quebec Government: 

On behalf of Taylor Swift fans, take the Diaper roof off Olympic Stadium and bring Taylor Swift to Montreal on the current Eras Tour. 

I speak on behalf of many fans Very upset she skipped Montreal cause of the state of the Olympic Stadium.

As widely reported in the news, Taylor Swift skipped Montreal cause she refuses to perform under a roof with 20,000 tears in it.  It really looks like a hanging diaper.

Not to mention expecting fans to pay hundreds of dollars to sit on stained wooden seats that are 50 years old.

Please support my petition if you feel it is due time for the Quebec Government to remove the diaper atop Olympic Stadium and bring Taylor Swift to Montreal at some point on the current tour.

As Canada's second largest city and world class destination, the city deserves to have a respectable looking stadium to attract events like Taylor Swift, Celine Dion and other large scale events.

A stadium that Montrealers and Canadians can be proud of and one to attract world class events to boost the local economy.

While some seem distressed by the cost of renovating Olympic Stadium and seem to feel the stadium should be demolished, I believe that infrastructure like arenas and stadiums should be maintained.

One individual has started a petition to have the planned reconstruction of the stadium roof stopped, apparently wants to have the stadium demolished.  I disagree with this stance, this petition represents the feelings of I feel the majority of people that have a more sensible view.

There are several large dalapadated structures around the Port of Montreal that are in poorer condition than the Stadium and are more deserving to be torn down, why does no one complain about these port buildings ?  Some are in such poor condition they could come crashing down in the slightest tremor.

A renovated Olympic Stadium will enable Montreal to host large scale shows including Grey Cups, International soccer matches and select NFL games.

Canada's finest city deserves a respectable looking Stadium for Taylor Swift to perform in.

Don't ask Taylor Swift to perform in Montreal under a roof resembling a diaper.  It won't happen so people need to stop dreaming that somehow it will.
