This petition is being submitted to the Mayor of Haverhill, the Haverhill School Committee and the Haverhill City council to get Scott Wood, Jr. out of the Haverhill Public Schools and to thoroughly investigate the allegations made against him.

A report has been produced by the Essex County District Attorney's Office. The report was prepared by the Haverhill Police Department to evaluate Scott Wood Jr., as a candidate to become a Haverhill police officer and included background checks from 2013 and 2020. The report includes messages intercepted between the years 2007 and 2009 when Scott Wood, Jr. was 24 to 26 years old and an elected member of the Haverhill School Committee.

The report attributes racist and sexist comments to Scott Wood, Jr. It contains allegations of sexual misconduct towards females. It also contains a message exchange between someone the report alleges is Scott Wood, Jr. and David Keith who," was arrested in September of 2009 for possession of Child Pornography and distribution of Child Pornography".

On page 13 of the report, Scott Wood Jr. And David Keith message each other about picking up hookers and then discuss having sex with a 15-year-old girl.

In the report: 

"Wood writes, "u should have banged her when she wanted it", Keith responds, "umm you forget she had just turned 15 and I was oh turning 19". Wood writes, "Lol", "you should have stuck the bitch anyway". Keith responds, " Yeah, think I was more concerned with the statutory rape charge from her mother more than getting my cock wet" . Wood replies, " lol", " u at least let her suck didn't u?", Keith replies, "yeah why wouldn't I". Wood replies, "just making sure", "you should have stuck her though, lol".
