Racial tensions are at an extremely dangerous threshold in the United States. .  I am calling on Pope Francis and the Catholic Church to Stand up NOW - in the name of Jesus Christ - I call you to  immediately

- 1) Rescind the Doctrine of Discovery that gave justification for the colonisation of lands not belonging. This is one of the primary foundation stones upon which so much racial descrimination was given its power and  has so succeeded in traumatising so many peoples.

.  2)  I call on you to go beyond apology and ask forgiveness from the indigenous peoples for the profound negative impact this doctrine has had on their peoples, their cultures and their lives for so very  long..   I am standing up saying Not in my name and not in the name of the Christ I hold true with. 

Pope Francis - you have power to take action that will be recognised the world over as honouring what you say you stand for in terms of Justice, in terms of Equality, in terms of Exercising your power to correct a now very obvious mistake.  .I recognise such an action is a political move. At the same time  I recognise that we are at a very dangerous threshold which demands you act and speak.  -- Will you collude with the 'empire' or do you support those who Christ stood with and for.?. It is a bold question but it is the question that needs to be asked at this time.  Please act Now..  I invite others who resonate to freely choose to stand with me .  Thank you
