In our timeline the best aggro weapon is the Scepter of Destruction. Which has a small representation across the servers. This can be fixed and allow other folks the opportunity to level the playing field.

Add enraging blow to Blade of Carnage.

This was included with the first Luclin patch and corrected the inequities of a small disbursement of the Scepters and rebalanced the Avatar of War loot table.

Please add this proc to the Blade of Carnage on p99 and add parity back to players who were unable to get such a rare item. It will promote fairness and provide a better overall experience across the 3 servers.
