Dear Mr. President Biden,

We, the undersigned (the people of Ukraine and Eastern Europe, as well as allies and supporters of Ukraine in the fight against unprovoked aggression of the Russian Federation), appeal to you, the President of the United States with a claim to unblock the action of Lend-Lease Law, which you signed and entered into force on May 9, 2022.

According to paragraph 4 of the Law, you have the right to delegate enhanced authority to an official appointed to implement this Law on the advice and with the consent of the Senate. Since the relevant official appointed has not been recommended, agreed upon, or formed, we call for that you, in accordance with your exclusive power, single-handedly order and comply with clause 6 of the Lend-Lease Act by issuing the appropriate decrees and directly obliging the Pentagon and related structures to fill the supply agreements with the necessary content and proceed to the supply of weapons to Ukraine and Eastern Europe in compliance with the Lend-Lease Law ASAP.

Involved programs of assistance and support to Ukraine are highly insufficient, while Ukrainians are fighting with all their might for the democratic values of the whole World.

Hundreds of Ukrainians continue to die every day. Stop the genocide!
