Why this petition matters

Started by Brandon Peck

Federal Laws do not allow many things. We the people can take legal action against Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast! This petition will show law firms and lawyers the basic collection of individuals harmed by changes to the OGL in the game Dungeons and Dragons.

THE MOST POWERFUL STATEMENT MADE ABOUT #OPENDND !

We the people, of the open game dungeons and dragons, encourage your legal teams to research Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast, and TSR on google scholar. It seems there is a proven history of legal failure by these companies. We the people, of the open game dungeons and dragons, will stand together for our rights in the USA.

Wizards of the Coast has already been served with a ten day legal notice by a law firm for a specific client. The Washington State AG and Rhode Island State have been contacted. Next the Department of Justice, and other federal enforcement will be notified in writing with legal specifics.

3rd party creators of Dungeons and Dragons content essentially are facing Anti-Trust violations by Hasbro. In addition they face a breech of contract. That contract has been in place for over 20 years.

Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast can not effectively communicate to persons with Disabilities who are also content creators. This violates federal law and causes emotional distress in persons with disabilities.

I was the lead plaintiff in the Class action lawsuit against Draftkings and Fanduel. Plus, I have experience in the Americans with Disabilities Act.
