The Campaign for Expulsion of the Israeli Regime from the UN Commission on the 
Status of Women

A group of human rights defenders and rights of women, along with other signatories, express their grave concern over the cruel and inhumane crimes of the Israeli regime against Palestinian women:
Examining the evidences and documents reveal that the military attacks of October 7, 2023, have resulted in the breach of a diverse set of the most important fundamental and customary rules and principles of the international law and the provisions governing international humanitarian law, at a very wide level, during the recent war attacks of the Zionist regime against the Palestinian people; and numerous examples of committing crimes against humanity, war crimes and genocide crimes have been clearly seen in this war. The mass killing of women and children, attacks on hospitals, denial of access to food and medicine, attacks on schools, mosques, and religious centers, which are all violations of the four Geneva Conventions and crimes against humanity have been examples of crimes against humanity in the Gaza war by the Israeli regime. In the course of those attacks, besieging Gaza and depriving people from receiving the basic necessities for the survival of the residents of Gaza, and being aware that victims were the defenseless and oppressed residents of Gaza, including women and children, the forces of the Israeli regime attacked and killed them. According to reports, about 70% of those killed in Gaza were women or children under the age of 18. Examining the facts and crimes committed by the aggressors in the Gaza war, and comparing them with the rules and principles of the international humanitarian law attest that the most important and fundamental crimes defined in the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and in the two additional protocols of 1977, including war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of genocide, have been violated in several cases during the recent months; and on this basis, those who made orders, perpetrators and leaders of the recent war in Gaza should be identified and introduced as war criminals due to the clear violation of the basic principles and rules of the international law. Those crimes have been taking place while the Israeli regime is a member of some international human rights institutions and organizations, including the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, and claims to support women's rights.
We, the NGO defenders of human rights and rights of women's, call on the representatives of the Economic and Social Commission (ECOSOC) to include the item “expulsion of Zionist regime” on the agenda of the 68th meeting of the Commission on the Status of Women, in order to protest the crimes of the Israeli regime against Palestinian women. We also urge all human rights activists and defenders to declare their full support for this campaign.

الموضوع: نصّ بيان طرد الكيان الإسرائيلي من لجنة مقام المرأة

تُعرب مجموعة من المنظمات غير الحكومية (NGO) المدافعة عن حقوق البشر وحقوق المرأة مع بقية الموقّعين، عن قلقهم العميق إزاء الجنايات الظالمة وغير الإنسانية التي يرتكبها الكيان الإسرائيلي ضدّ النساء الفلسطينيات:

عند دراسة الأوضاع والوثائق يتبيّن أن الحملات العسكرية في 7 تشرين الثاني 2023 التي شنّها الكيان الصهيوني ضد الشعب الفلسطيني، شملت انتهاكات لأهمّ القواعد الأساسية والعرفية للحقوق الدولية والقوانين المتعلقة بالحقوق الدولية الإنسانية في مجالٍ واسع. وهي مصاديق واضحة ومتعددة للجرائم ضد البشرية، وجرائم الحرب والإبادة العامة. ومن مصاديق الجرائم ضد البشرية والتي يُمكن الإشارة إليها في حرب غزة هي قتل النساء والأطفال، وشنّ الهجوم على المستشفيات، ومنع إيصال الطعام والأدوية، وشنّ الهجوم على المدارس، والمساجد والمراكز الدينية والتي تُعدّ جميعها انتهاكات لبنود اتفاقية جنيف وبمنزلة جرائم ضدّ البشرية ارتكبها الكيان الإسرائيلي. في هذه الحملات، أطبقت قوات الكيان الحصار على غزة، ومنعت إيصال حاجات سكانها الأساسية، مع علمها بأن الضحايا هم مدنيين عزّل ومع هذا أمعنت في قتل النساء والأطفال المظلومين والعزّل. وفق التقارير، فإن سبعين بالمئة من القتلى في غزة هم نساء أو أطفال تحت سن 18. وعند دراسة الأحداث والجرائم التي ارتكبها المعتدون على غزة ومقارنتها بالقواعد الدولية وأسس حقوق البشر يتبين أن أهمّ الجرائم وأفظعها والتي ورد ذكرها في إتفاقية جنيف عام 1949 وفي البروتوكول المرفق عام 1977 تشملها وهي جرائم الحرب، وجرائم ضد الإنسانية والإبادة العامة، وقد ارتُكبت في الحرب الأخيرة على غزة مما يدل على انتهاك واضح وصريح لهذه البنود، ولهذا يمكن اعتبار الآمرين بتنفيذ هذه الجرائم، والمباشرين فيها والمشرفين عليها مجرمي حرب لانتهاكهم الواضح للأصول والقواعد الدولية لحقوق البشر. وهذه الجرائم تُرتكب بينما الكيان الإسرائيلي لا يزال عضوًا في بعض المؤسسات الدولية  لحقوق البشر كلجنة مقام المرأة التابعة لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة بل ويدّعي دعمه لحقوق المرأة.

نحن المؤسسات غير الحكومية المدافعة عن حقوق البشر وحقوق المرأة نطلب من نواب المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي (اكوسوك)، طرد هذا الكيان من الجلسة 68 للجنة مقام المرأة اعتراضًا على جرائمه ضد النساء الفلسطينيات، كما نطلب من الناشطين والمدافعين عن حقوق البشر إنضمامهم ودعمهم الشامل لهذه الحملة.

קאמפיין גירוש המשטר הישראלי מהוועדה למעמד האישה של האו"ם

קבוצה מארגונים לא-ממשלתיים תומכים זכויות נשים וזכויות האדם ביחד עם חותמים אחרים מכריזים את הדאגתם העמוקה שלהם מהפשעים האכזריים והבלתי אנושיים של המשטר הישראלי נגד נשים פלסטיניות.

בחינת הראיות והמסמכים חושף שהמשטר הציוני בתקפות צבאיות ב-7 באוקטובר 2023,  הפר מספר רב של כללים יסודיים של המשפט ההומניטרי הבינלאומי והכוחות המזוינים של המשטר הכובש ביצעו מעשים נגד האנושות, כולל רצח עם ופשעי מלחמה נגד פלסטינים, כולל להרג נשים וילדים, תקיפת בתי חולים, מניעת אישור להובלת פצועים, מניעת גישה לתרופות, תקיפת בתי ספר, מסגדים ומרכזים במלחמה בעזה הם פשעים נגד האנושות, 

שהן כולן הפרות של ארבע אמנות ז'נבה ופשעים נגד האנושות במלחמת עזה על ידי המשטר הישראלי. במהלך התקפות נגד פלסטין, המשטר הישראלי הקיפה את עזה ומונע  לקבל מאנשים את הצרכים הבסיסיים עזה, צה"ל ישראל תקפו והרגו את נשים וילדים חסרי ההגנה והמדוכאים. על פי הדיווחים, כ-70% מההרוגים בעזה היו נשים וילדים מתחת לגיל 18.

הפשעים שבוצעו בעזה מלמדים על הפרת הפשעים החשובים והיסודיים ביותר שנקבעו באמנות ז'נבה ב-1949 ובשני הפרוטוקולים הנוספים ב-1977 לרבות פשעי מלחמה, פשעים נגד האנושות ופשעי רצח עם. על בסיס זה ניתן לזהות את מבצעי ומנהיגי המלחמה בעזה כפושעי מלחמה בשל הפרה ברורה של עקרונות וכללים בסיסיים אלו.

פשעים אלו מתרחש בזמן שהמשטר הישראלי חבר בכמה מוסדות וארגונים בינלאומיים לזכויות האדם, כולל מהוועדה למעמד האישה של האו"ם ומתיימר לתמוך בזכויות נשים.

אנו, ארגונים לא-ממשלתיים המגיני זכויות הנשים וזכויות האדם, קוראים את לנציגי הוועדה הכלכלית והחברתית של האו"ם ,(ECOSOC) בהפגישה ה-68 הוועדה למעמד האישה של האו"ם, בצע פעולה מיידית ונחוצים על אודות פשעים המשטר הישראלי נגד נשים פלסטיניות.

אנו גם קוראים לכל פעילי זכויות האדם והמגנים הצהרנו על תמיכתם המלאה בקמפיין זה.
