As Venezuelan citizens and activists, we are respectfully asking for your support to pressure the Nicolas Maduro dictatorial regime until free and fair presidential elections are held in Venezuela. Venezuelans need a democratically elected government that can begin to address the massive humanitarian crisis in the country.

Venezuela may have slipped from the news, but the humanitarian crisis in the country hasn't gone away - it's gotten worse. And the international community has been distracted. 

We need to use every ounce of pressure we can to make sure his dictatorial regime agrees to presidential elections. Key countries like the US, Canada, and members of the European Union should make it clear they will only lift sanctions after Venezuelans have been able to elect a new government through free and fair presidential elections.
