Ursula von der Leyen endorses Azerbaijan as a reliable partner of the EU for gas deliveries. While she agrees to get rid of one dictator that leads an aggression war, Putin, she makes a deal with another one, Aliev.

Even after atrocities by Azeri soldiers, such as the torture and rape of an Armenian female soldier and the shooting of prisoners of war, had been documented, von der Leyen does not comment on this topic.

No self-respecting democracy should allow the flagrant infringements of human rights that are occurring there. Therefore, it is safe to say that most European citizens do not want to support her as EU president, especially since she was never elected by the EU citizens. The EU parliament shall select another president who values human rights more than hers.
