As someone in their 20’s, Wave provides the perfect mix of modern music and timeless classics. I don’t want to be forced to listen to music from just 3 decades over and over again. I also don’t want to be forced to listen to national presenters who really are far beyond their prime (there’s a reason they are no longer employed by the BBC.) The local presenters are just that, LOCAL. They know the area, their anecdotes are funny and informative and it feels like they are much a part of our community.

A ridiculous decision proving that those ‘in charge’ are completely out of touch with their audience. The drop in audience retention is surely going to be extremely embarrassing and by that point it’s too late.
