The disgusting Mann Act (18 USC 2423) was created in 1910 as a way for the US Government to persecute African Americans, Chinese immigrants, and control so-called "immoral" women. The US Government has used this horrible law against these minority groups for over 100 years, and even expanded its reach globally. 

True to its original extreme right wing roots, George W. Bush, Mike Pence, and Orrin Hatch worsened the law in 2003 to apply their persecution to the entire world, under the ruse of "protecting children", when this law actually works against children everywhere. The update primarily allowed followers of Islam to be targeted by the US Government even while in their home countries outside of the United States.

This law also allows extreme right wing NGO's to collect millions of dollars in funding from the bogus claim they "save the children internationally", when they really only separate families and force antiquated racism and misogyny on the whole world, entirely outside US borders. 

It's well beyond time to get rid of the disgusting Mann Act forever (18 USC 2423) to stop more injustice from being done.
