As an avid player of MLB The Show, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication from San Diego Studios. Many players, like myself, invest our hard-earned money into this game only to be left in the dark when issues arise. We have been unable to access the game for days on end without any explanation or timeline for resolution other than one tweet a few days ago. 

This is not just about a game; it's about respect for consumers. It's about acknowledging that we deserve better treatment as paying customers. We demand that San Diego Studios not only improve their communication regarding updates and current status but also provide reimbursement to affected players.

The form of reimbursement can be in-game credits such as stubs or card packs, time extension of events/programs, or expired event/program rewards that players were unable to complete due to the outages. This would show recognition of our lost time and investment caused by these outages.

We understand that technical issues can occur; however, it is unacceptable for a company like San Diego Studios to leave its loyal customer base uninformed and uncompensated during these periods.
