On a recent episode of the Jackalope Tales podcast, we offhandedly mentioned that Willie Nelson's birthday - April 29th - should be a Texas state holiday. The more we thought about it, the more we realized that’s a great idea. Because of his enduring influence and significant contributions to Texas culture and the world, it’s only natural that Jackalope Tales sponsor a petition to make this happen.
