I am respectfully asking the Secretary of Navy to sign and honor the commitment reached between The United States Marine Corp and Lt Col Stuart Scheller by accepting his resignation. Lt Col Stuart Scheller Honored his commitment to accept guilt and accountability for the charges brought against him October 14, 2021 during his Court Martial.

I respectfully ask that the Marine Corp honor their legal commitment to accept his resignation, expediently and to grant him an Honorable Discharge or a General Discharge Under Honorable Conditions, for his 17 years of Service to the Marine Corp and his country as was agreed upon in this plea deal.

The signature of Carlos Del Toro Secretary of the Navy is required for this issue to be resolved. I feel that this is in the best interest of the United States Marine Corp, The Navy, our Country and Lt Col Stuart Scheller for healing to begin.
